TEMPLATE: not a real client

What every case study here will contain

Who: the client's real business name, trade, and city, with the date they gave written permission.
Where they started: their Growth Audit score on a stated date, and what was broken.
What we did: the package and the specific work, in plain words.
What changed: numbers with the period they cover and where they come from, such as calls and form leads counted on their site.
What didn't work: if something didn't, it goes in.
In their words: only if the client wrote it themselves and agreed to have it shown.

Our rules for publishing one

The site builder refuses to publish a case study that breaks any of these.

Written permission from the client, on file, with its date
A named person who checked every number
A stated source and time period for every number
No reward for taking part in exchange for a review
No promise that another business will get the same result
