Plain words on what you pay, when, and what happens if you change your mind. Our terms and the prices on the services page go with this page. Your signed service agreement has the full terms for your project.
Before you pay anything
The Growth Audit is free and creates no obligation. You get the exact scope and price in writing, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Website builds
A build starts with a deposit of 50% of the build price. The other 50% is due at launch, when you have approved the site. The deposit pays for work we begin right away, so it is not refundable once work has started. If you paid a deposit and we have not started, tell us and we will refund it in full.
Monthly plans
Your monthly plan starts at launch.
- Care is month to month. You can cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Local Growth and Dominate have a 6-month minimum, because local search work takes months to show. After the first six months they continue month to month, and you can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the paid month.
We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a month that has been paid for.
Yearly payment
If you pay for a year of your monthly plan up front, you get twelve months for the price of ten. You keep the service to the end of the year you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
Add-ons and hourly work
Add-ons such as an extra page or a brand kit, and work billed by the hour, are quoted before we start. Once that work is done or under way, it is not refundable.
If we make a mistake
If we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged you after a cancellation took effect, tell us and we will refund the error.
Your price
The price you sign up at is recorded on your account. If our prices go up later, yours stays the same while your plan stays active.
How to ask
Email [email protected] and tell us what happened. A real person replies. Approved refunds go back to the card or account that paid.
