What we collect

When you send our audit form, we collect what you type into it: your name, business name, type of business, website, email, phone, and message. We also record which page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the time you sent the form, and basic technical details such as your browser type.

When you use the Growth Audit tool, our server reads the public web page at the address you enter, the same way a search engine does. We keep the address, the score, and the time. If you ask us to email you the report, we also keep your email address with it.

When a new client fills in the intake form, we collect the business details typed into it. That form also saves a draft in your own browser so you can finish later; the draft is removed when the form is sent.

When you send one of our forms with an email address, we may send that address one automatic email confirming we received it.

Email we send, including a Growth Audit report you ask for, goes out through Google's Gmail service. Email sent to us is delivered through Cloudflare.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your audit.
• To send a Growth Audit report you asked for, and to follow up about it.
• To build and run a client's website and marketing, from their intake answers.
• To understand which of our own marketing brings in requests.
• To send marketing emails, only if you ticked the box asking for them.

We do not sell your information. We do not send you text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

Unsubscribing and opt-outs

Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Once you opt out, we keep a record of that so you aren't contacted again.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for as long as needed to respond and to keep accurate business records. Opt-out records are kept permanently so your choice is honored.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent by replying to any message from us, by emailing [email protected], or by using the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
