Pricing

What does a website cost?

Our Launch package is $1,500 one-time + $99/mo: a one-time fee for the build, then a monthly fee for hosting and care. All four packages and prices are on the services page, and the cost calculator shows the first-year total for each.

What is the monthly fee for?

On Launch it covers hosting, security updates, backups, and care. On Growth and above it also covers the monthly work in that package and a monthly lead report.

Are there costs that aren't in the price?

You get the exact scope in writing before any work starts. Not included in any package: paid ads, which we quote separately, and your domain name's yearly fee, which you pay to the registrar because the domain is yours.

Do you build free or trial websites?

No. The free part is the audit. Website builds are paid work.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The Growth Audit tool gives you a score in about 30 seconds with no email needed. The full audit is done by a person and is also free, with no obligation.

Ownership

Who owns my domain name?

You do. It should be registered in your own account, and we'll help you set that up if it isn't.

Who owns the website?

That is spelled out in your service agreement, which you see before you sign. Your domain, your text and photos, and your leads are yours in every case.

Who owns the leads that come through my site?

You do. Each client's data is kept separate from every other client's.

Who controls my Google Business Profile?

You stay the primary owner. We're added as a manager, and you can remove us at any time. We never ask for your Google password.

Will you use my business as an example?

Only with your written permission. We have no case studies yet, and we won't invent any.

Timelines

How long does a website take?

Your written proposal gives an estimated time to launch, counted from when we have what we need from you. We plan around three weeks for a Launch site. That is our plan, not a guarantee, and we're new enough that it isn't an average of past projects. More on the process page.

What do you need from me to start?

One intake form: your services, the areas you serve, your hours, a license number if your trade needs one, and your logo and photos if you have them. It takes about ten minutes.

When does the monthly fee start?

At launch, not when you sign.

How long until I show up better on Google?

Nobody can promise that. Google says changes can take effect in a few hours or take several months, and suggests waiting a few weeks before judging whether a change helped.

How long does the free audit take?

The instant one takes about 30 seconds. The full audit is done by a person and sent as a short written report; you get an email right away confirming we received your request.

Cancelling and changes

Is there a long contract?

No. It's month-to-month after the build, and the full terms are in your service agreement.

How do I cancel?

Tell us in writing; email is fine. The notice period is in your service agreement, which you see before you sign.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

Hosting, updates, and monthly work stop. Your domain, your content, and your leads stay yours. What happens to the built site itself is set out in your service agreement.

Can I change packages later?

Yes. The packages build on each other, so you can start with Launch and add more when it's paying off. The new price is put in writing first.

What if I don't like the site before it launches?

Nothing goes live until you approve it. You review the whole site on your phone first and tell us what to change.
